Athletic Director Workflow

Preseason Setup

Update roster and staff information in the Setup tab. Confirm thresholds (Green ≥4.0, Yellow 3.0–3.9, Red <3.0) and adjust if needed for your school context. Review survey cadence with PSG.

Authorize Survey Deployment

Confirm midseason survey launch with PSG. Share survey links or QR codes with athletes and parents through your school communication channels (email, app, flyer).

Review Dashboard Weekly

Check the Dashboard for any Red or Yellow status programs. Any program in Red requires an immediate meeting with the head coach and PSG within 14 days.

Monitor Retention Tracker

Review undecided athletes monthly. Ensure coaches have documented intervention steps for any athlete marked at-risk. Do not close a case until the athlete's status is confirmed.

End-of-Season Review

Compare scores across the two survey cycles. Identify trend improvements or declines. Present summary to school leadership with PSG support. Set priorities for next season.
